FAQ
How do I book a session?
Please email me or reach out using my contact form to schedule a session. Once date has been set there is a non-refundable booking fee of $50 to hold your session. This retainer will be deducted from your total which is due in full prior to your session date. Each client receives an online Service Agreement Form that needs to be signed by each client. This form covers all the aspects of the session, including the terms and conditions of the service. Once the booking fee is paid and the Service Agreement form signed, your date will be confirmed in my calendar. I understand life can be unpredictable so if you need to modify or cancel your session, 48 hours notice is required.
Where will we take the photos?
All newborn sessions will take place in the comfort of your home. For other sessions, we will work together to find a scenic location that best suits you and/or your loved ones. Maybe this is in your backyard, at the beach, on the trails, or even on the top of a mountain. There are endless scenic options to choose from in this valley!
What happens if the weather is bad?
You certainly can’t predict the weather – especially in the mountains. If the weather is bad soon the date and time of your session, I will be in contact with you and we will reschedule ASAP.
When is the best time to book a Newborn Session?
The newborn phase is so precious and passes so quickly. The best time to schedule a newborn session is between 5 and 21 days after birth. At this stage, babies are more likely to curl up in “womb-like” poses and stay asleep longer.
How are images delivered?
Each session includes edited, full resolution digital images with printing rights.
I only take a few sessions per month so I am able to deliver clients' images within a time frame that is reasonable. My commitment is to deliver your gallery as soon as I can. After the session is completed, your images will be ready within 1-2 weeks after your final image selections.
